Oral Presentations
The optimal format for oral presentations in PowerPoint is 16:9 (widescreen). Oral presenters up-load presentations in the session rooms at least 15 mins prior to their session start time, preferably during a refreshment break.
Contributed oral presentations will be 15 minutes in length, including 3 minutes for questions.
Poster Presentations
Poster boards are 150cm high x 90cm wide. Posters therefore must be printed A0 in size. A0 has the dimensions Width 841mm x Height 1189 mm. .
A0 posters MUST be produced in portrait style. Velcro will be provided at each board to hang your posters.
We recommend printing your poster on paper and not on fabric.
Presenters are required to be at their poster during the poster session on their presentation date.
